We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide top-notch assistance and collaboration to our team in different projects and assist day-to-day management in a variety of tasks, from the secretariat to marketing, project management and communication with our customers, partners and suppliers.

Description of tasks

Under the responsibility of General Management, the Administrative Assistant takes an active part in the day-to-day activities of the company. The mandate is divided into two parts: Administrative and Customer Service.

Component: Administration and Office

  • Assist senior management in their administrative functions and provide first-rate assistance and collaboration
  • Use different software (word processing, spreadsheet, database, accounting software, etc.)
  • Ensure timeliness and follow-up
  • Write, circulate, classify and archive administrative records
  • Provide secretarial services (contracts, quotes, billing)
  • Compile data, prepare reports, produce graphs and tables
  • Calculate, prepare and process supporting documents for different types of businesses, manage cash, produce payroll and perform routine accounting transactions
  • Prepare meetings and produce the necessary documents

Component: Communications, Customer Service

  • Respond to customer inquiries, phone calls and e-mails
  • Write, correct and have correspondence by applying the rules of French and English
  • Promotion of products, services and packages
  • Updated website content, social media feeds and campaign management
  • Support in business development with partners, customers and prospects
  • Competitive and market intelligence

Candidates must…

Working conditions

  • Minimum of 25 hours / week
