We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Manager to take a leading role in relations with our customers, partners and suppliers.

Description of tasks

Under the responsibility of the general management, Sales and Customer Service Manager takes an active part in the day-to-day activities of the company.

  • Respond to customer requests and forward to the right resources
  • Track services, billing, calls, emails and technical support tickets
  • Intervene directly on the infrastructure or on websites
  • Ensure a link with the rest of the team and management

Required profile

  • Be comfortable with new technologies, the Web, software
  • Excellent oral and written communication in French and English
  • Autonomy, sense of organization, quick learner, ability to solve problems

If you know how to do this, it’s a plus

  • PHP web development (mainly for WordPress, but also in all sorts of other software or contexts)
  • Social Network Management / Web Marketing / SEO (good knowledge of modern web, Facebook, Google, Twitter and co., good communication skills)
  • Editing of web content (comfortable with texts, French, English, comfortable with editing content in web platforms such as WordPress)
